Im thinking of getting a tattoo right below my belly button would a butterfly look cute there?
it would look cute, but think about when you have kids and your belly stectches out. Believe me…i know!

if you ever plan on having children then i suggest you NEVER GET A TATTOO anywhere that will stretch ! believe me you can be the skinnest person in the world but a baby will stretch your skin like nothing else! but if you are not having children then go for it! although i dont know how old you are because people changes their minds a lot about the whole children thing so be careful !

yes especially when your pregnant and your butterfly is the size of a volture. you can also always look forward to having a saggy belly when your 50 with a half dead looking bug hanging of your gut. Sorry, something to think about. If your going to stay 20 forver, tight and toned…go for it.

i think so it really depend on if your stomach is flat it really doesn’t have to be but a tattoo on a flat stomach is more noticable and if you wear belly chains and belly rings.

i think you should get a henna tattoo of what you think you want and see if you like it or not. Henna tattoos stay on for a few weeks so you can get the feel of it and see if you really like it there or even if you want one. hope this helps

How old are you? If you are anywhere under 18, then you have no idea what happens to a women’s body! What looks ‘cute’ on a body that hasn’t even grown up yet, will not look so cute with time, unless you take some things into consideration.
Look at women’s bodies. Look at different ages. Look at pictures of your mom, aunts, etc. when they were your age, and look at them 10,20 30, 40, 50, years later. Then think on this before you decide on placement.
Might be more prudent closer to the hip, but you make up your own mind. Your tattoo, your body. (and not before you are 18)
If you are older, I apologize, but no matter, I am sure you are a lot younger than me, and I don’t think that you’ve ever had a weight issue or have been pregnant. (If I had had a cute little butterfly before my C-section – from belly button to pubes – my butterfly would look butchered!)
